- Do you offer Councelling? No we are not counselors. Just parents supporting parents.
- Do I have to sign up for a long time? No you can cancel at any time, no questions asked.
- Do you offer support for mental illnesses? Parents that have the same dealings will share their experiences, but we do not provide ANY medical advice or counselling for medical problems.
- Do you make recommendations? We will provide a list of resources, but that dos not mean we endorse any of them. They are provided as information only
- Do you guarantee success? No, this is a self help group for parent support. Individual success is totally up to the participant.
- How fast will I see results? This is not a quick fix solution. Too many factors to determine how things will go.
- Will my child change? This is not a support group to change your child. We are about offering support to each other to make changes to our own behavior.
- Is this a Faith Based support group? All faiths are welcome.
- What practice do you follow? We are all parents who have been there, done that. We have learned what works and what doesn't. We support each other in making the changes we need to make in order to put responsibility where it belongs. We want our children to grow up to be responsible adults.
